Fuchsias

I am overwintering my fuchsias, some of them have really long root systems, does this mean they are hardy?

    Thats no indication of hardiness, if they are in flower pots it’s best to overwinter in a GH or conservatory, keep almost dry then next Spring when you see tiny green shoots, water them and cut them back.
