When is the best time to split and transplant a Rudibeca ( Black eyed Susie )

    I think l am right in saying that Rudbeckias are best divided in the Spring. This may be of some help

    Any late summer / autumn  flowering perennial such as Rudbeckia would be better to divide in Spring. Alternately, any early spring flowering perennial can be normally divided in Autumn
