Aeonium Zwartkop

I've had my aeonium zwartkop for about 6 years now and it has remained in the same pot and soil. I have it in the garden in summer and inside for winter. It is doing really well and last year I added Fish Blood and Bone for the 1st time to give it some nutrients. However, should I be doing something else, like repotting in new compost or a bigger pot? If so how would I repot and when? Or is Fish Blood and Bone applied before growing season enough to keep it happy?

Thanks in advance!

I would keep it in as light a place as possible in a cool room and repot in the spring into a bigger pot using JI no. 2 plus extra grit or sharp sand.
