Please help me identify this houseplant
Hi there. I was given this house plant about 6 months ago. In the last two or three it has burst into life and produced these lovely red and green fuzzy shoots.
A lovely plant, but I have no ides what it is. I'm also getting some yellowing on the leaves, so am trying to identify the species to better understand how to look after it.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Less water and somewhere warmer, methinks.
