Did you know that peppers are perennials?

I thin k I shall try and overwinter my plants as they take a long time to crop from seed.

    Yes, chilies too can be kept going for ages.

    Bob does it and has an impressive collection.
    I've never had any success overwintering chillies, have given up trying 😞. I start my seeds early in a heated prop Jan/Feb to get a head start on our shorter season up North.

    Runner beans too although they aren't hardy enough to survive most UK Winters. Also known as 7 year beans in the US.
