What type of plant is this? 🙂

Hello everyone. I was given a plant by a friend however I have no idea what plant it is. Could anyone advise what plant it is? It has very waxy leaves if this helps.

    It’s a plectranthus ... the type often known as Swedish Ivy (but it’s not an ivy at all). A popular trailing houseplant in the 70/80s. 
    it strikes easily from cuttings. Keep out of strong sunlight but otherwise it’s an easy plant. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
