Liquid Feed for Veg

My overwintering veg are doing really well in this mild spell - mustard greens, beetroot, carrots and spring onions. They're in tubs - should I leave a dose of liquid feed til the spring or would it be ok to do now>

    IMHO a feed now will produce soft new growth: perfect for being frost damaged. 
    I'd leave well alone.

    Yep, the other reason is fresh soft green growth is a slug magnet ......
