Hi, what are these that are dropping into our garden from next door's tree. They're not the size as big as you think - it's a small hand! Many thanks :-)

    Looks like the fruit of a strawberry tree  - Arbutus unedo

    That's how you were so quick. Just googled it and there are jam and cake recipes using them. Think I'll give it a miss, they don't look so nice when you've cut them in half. Thanks again
