Growing acorns and hazels from seed

And after my botched efforts, four acorns sprouted in the compost heap along with one conker.  The only local oak I know of is on the other side of the main road about 100m away.  We did have a local Jay, but I haven't seen him/her for a while.  The squirrel in Autumn is absolutely frantic, burying conkers everywhere.  Stashes them in plant pots and everything.

I have a little mini oak forest growing! At first I thought it was pigeons but then I read recently about Jays and I've had those about for a couple of years now. There was a pair this year.
There is an oak 'up the back'...(waves vaguely in the direction of up the back) but there are at least three different leaf types and one would suppose three different types of tree. What to do with them now? That's the poser.

I have them in pots for my potential eventual forever home and 20 acre estate that will waft into my hands someday hopefully for absolutely no effort on my part.

A cunning plan if ever I heard one @Wayside.
I have an acre and 13 oak trees! At the moment they are between 1 and 2.5ft high. I might pot them up but it seems such a shame...
