Weed?

I've volunteered to do some weeding in my daughter's garden but am not sure whether this is a weed or not. Can someone help out please.

    Has it got hairs that allow it to stick to your clothes?
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    If it doesn't have sticky hairs it might be Sweet Woodruff?

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
