Ivy fence falling down

I have a 4ft high, 10ft long fence which was originally wooden panels and posts but is now completely covered in ivy and looks great. Big problem, it is leaning heavily and looks ready to fall over.   Any ideas on how to salvage?

    If it's leaning heavily the posts are probably rotten and need replacing. Can you see the condition of the panels beneath the ivy? If they're rotten too, I'd bite the bullet and replace the whole lot. The ivy will grow back given time.
