Greenhouse Winter Watering

We have cuttings and other assorted plants in the greenhouse in preparation for next spring. My question is how often should they be watered over the winter months given that the greenhouse is un-heated?   Thanks

    I also have an unheated greenhouse and let the plants almost dry out during winter to avoid the roots freezing in the pots, if the weather gets really severe I wrap them all together in cling film
