It looks like member of the carrot family, but l can't help with id I'm afraid. You may have pulled it out by now, but someone else may have an idea.

It looks sort of familiar and I'm wondering if it is Sweet Cicely?

I don't think it's Sweet Cicely. I'm not convinced it's an umbellifer. I'd wait for flowers
