  Mrs Garden, I would  slow down watering so that it is nearly dry over winter. Assuming the summer house is not frost free, it will give protection until it gets really cold at night. At that point, I cut off the leaves , leaving the main stem, and wrap the whole thing in fleece. Do not use plastic bubble wrap as it will sweat and rot.

  You can bubble wrap the pot. New leaves will start to grow from the top of the stem in Spring.

  Thanks zero zero one and fidgetbones. It's not going to be the 'feature' I'd hoped for in the summer house when all wrapped up
