Moving Yong Perennials

Hi, I have a couple of hardy Geranium's, Rozanne and Max Frei?. They are around 18 mths old and establishing well but I planted them too close together ( made that mistake many times and never learn). Would you do them now or wait until spring?.

    October would be a good time to move them, as long as they are not tiny.

    I was just wondering the same thing, Harmony, having planted some young perennials at recommended distance this year,  they have already outgrown their allotted spaces and are impinging on nearby roses and echinaceas (Agastache Black Adder and Salvia Blue Note in my case). Both still flowering tho...
