Hi all, I have 2 Marguarite daisy plants that have grown quite large. My intention is to give them a good trim dig them up and put them in the greenhouse over winter in pots. Can they be divided and if so when would be the best time? Thanks in advance.
When I've had argyranthemums each plant had a single woody stem branching out above soil level, so they couldn't be divided. If yours have multiple stems coming up out of the soil then it might be worth a try, but cuttings might be a better bet.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
