Camellias can't be divided. It's best to take cuttings. Young tips in summer or semi-hard wood stems in autumn into winter time. I have never done it before, but have seen many You Tube videos. They need a bit of 'wounding' around the base or side of the stem to help it root easier. Then the stem is dipped into hormone rooting powder, and pushed into a loam base compost.
How many plants do you want? Camellias from cuttings are very slow and need a degree of winter warmth. If you only want a few plants, it's a better bet to get them from the nursery in spring.
