Hi.  I have a plumbago which was small and spindly until we planted in a new raised bed.  It has now grown enormous over this summer, too large for the bed, though it was fabulous, covered with flowers.  I have read articles on pruning but still a bit unsure.  There are large thick woody stems and lots of smaller branches.  How far back should I prune this?
