Moving Existing Raspberry Canes

My allotment neighbour has an area of her plot with sparsely placed canes and she wants me to transplant them into two lines so she can tie them up next season and then use the then clear area for veg

When is the best time to move them please friends. ?
Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

    now, the soil is warm but the days are cool and often wet

    No problem moving them now, they will have fruited, so be going into dormancy.
