B***ers aren't they? Too late here now for sowing - it would just rot [or be eaten ] Too cold for germination as well - too many hours at near, or into, single figures. It mainly depends on where you are and what your local climate and conditions are, harmony.

Still mid-20's in the S.E. and last few nights temp hasn't dropped below 18C either. Turned the C/heating off mid-May and no need to put it back on yet - it's weird. We just DESPERATELY need rain. I sowed the grass seed early Sept as rain was forecast - none arrived, and still hasn't.
