Cut Flower seeds to sow in the polytunnel now

Hi, I am looking at sowing some cut flower seeds to over winter in my polytunnel.  I'm a relative novice at this so any advice is greatly received!

So far I have on my list, sweetpeas, delphiniums, conrflowers and Larkspur.  Any other suggestions please?

    Ammi majus sown now gives bigger and better flowers next year, than spring sown Ammi.  Calendula can be sown now. I have an apricot coloured one this year that is quite unusual.
