I have discovered bluebells, wild garlic and another bulb which is just coming up as thin green leaves. If I have the area flagged will this solve the problem?

    I just want to stop the bluebells etc growing through the weed matting and shingle by putting flags down and am wondering if there would still be a problem of them pushing up the flagging as it would be flags 18”x18”

    I cant see a blue bell pushing up an  18” square flag, I can’t even do that! 😀
