Russian sage

Does anybody know if Cuttings can be taken from Russian sage this late in the year please?

    Yes! I’ve just done half a dozen. Keep them indoors, I put a plastic bag over for a few days, they rooted very quickly. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
