New plant, invader?

Hello plant fans, I wonder if someone could identify this new plant that has appeared under an acacia tree in the corner of my garden. At first notice I thought a potato from the compost had grown, but now it has green and red berries and flowers ? All seems strange to me having never seen this before. Any ideas please.

    Looks like Belladonna (Deadly Nightshade) a poisonous weed I'm sure others will confirm if I'm right.

    Looks like one of the nightshade family .... can’t see it clearly but possibly solanum nigrum?

    good idea to remove, kids might think its a small black tomato

    And left where it is it'll spread ... so unless you have a large garden with room for some native wildlife-friendly plants away from visiting children it's probably best removed.
