Creeper

what kind of creeper is this?

Looks a bit like a tree to me, coming from a 2m slim trunk, reaching over 2m into my garden.  

There are quite a few tendrils, but the source is masked by my neighbours trees.

    Oh really?

    Are they likely to flower over my side?

    And/Or would cuttings be an idea?
