mushroom identification

in Plants
hi lovely people haven't been in for a while, it's been a busy summer for us. my top garden has been somewhat neglected for a little while but i went up the other day to have a look and found these mushrooms dotted about
they broke really easy and gave off a dust with a real pungent smell of mushroom, doesnanyone know what they are, if they are a problem and what i need to do if anything. thanks guys.

There are quite a few different types of puffball.
Whatever they are, all they're doing is breaking down organic matter in the soil so that it's available for the roots of your plants to use, so they're not a problem and there's no need to do anything other than to enjoy looking at Nature's autumn displays
