  That sounds fab! Doubly so, as one of my children is allergic to eggs and nuts and the other hates raisins, which means more for me! 😂

  Cake is in the oven! I used hazelnuts and mixed spice as that’s what I had... I will let you know how it turns out! Now to prep the tian!

  It was all lovely! Cake was just the right sweetness and very moist and the tian reminded me a little of dauphinois potatoes (I used extra garlic!).
