Any advice on this plant??

Hi

Just wondering if anyone could confirm what this plant is?? 

I didn’t know if it was a fruit bush of some form. 

Thanks from a novice with a new garden.

    It looks like a currant, to me, but I cannot tell whether it is an ornamental one - I think it may be. Look up flowering currant and see if it matches yours. If it does, the fruits are not good to eat.
