Plant ID please

What is this?

It was given to me about 2 years ago and has been in a pot since.

I thought is was a cotoneaster, but now I'm not so sure, as it has never flowered, despite being in a sunny and sheltered west facing spot.

It has been growing sideways very well, though it seems a slow grower.

It is about 30cm high (without pot).

    Euonymus fortunei ... possibly 'Emerald Gaiety' ... often used as ground cover.



    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Euonymous fortunei, probably 'Silver Queen'.

    It can be grown against a wall and will climb, though it leans, doesn't cling.
    I had one hiding my oil tank until the trellis supporting it finally collapsed - now got to get new posts into very compacted limestone chippings!
    I knew one that piggybacked on some ivy and got as high as the first floor windows!
