The top ones look very much like the Ballerina Crab apple which we have.
The second could well be a Foxglove.

It might even be a white foxglove - I don't see any hint of the pink/purple in the leaf stalks that the purple ones usually have.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

Do NOT eat the second one it is poisonous. In microdose it is used to slow the heart beat. It can kill.

If the top ones are crab apple, (I am not sure) they are sour, but you can make chutney

Easy enough to tell if it is a Crab apple. Cut one open, it will have apple pips in the centre if that is what it is.
Crab apple jelly is easy and delicious.
