Geranium Rozanne

I know Rozanne doesn't set seed but do you still  deadhead ? Also when is the best time to move Rozanne, I planted 3 together last autumn 12ins apart but not sure if they might need more room from what i've read they can take up a lot of space. They were only plug plants when i got them but they've put on a lot of growth this year .

    The purpose of dead-heading is to stop the plant from putting its energy into seed production, so with Rozanne there is no point. They do spread a lot, so I would put them more like 24ins apart.

    I cut them back to reinvigorate them. It seems to work.

    I planted six small plants last year; when they finished flowering this Spring I cut them back almost to the ground - and now they are a mass of fresh green leaves and flowering prolifically! I love them!
