Trachelospermum/Confederate Jasmine seed pods.

Hi all, I have had my Jasmine plants for around 5 years now. They flowered well this year and seem happy. Today I noticed seed pods on one of them. They have never produced seed pods before.  Has anyone ever collected these and had success? As a relatively new gardener I'm wondering if it's difficult as the advice online is contradictory. Thanks in advance.
