    I took one look at the weather today and just shut the blinds. Hopefully it will just go away.

    Bucketing it down here with wind speeds over 60 mph.  We can't open the front door for the rain and wind buffeting against it. What a difference a day makes! (I think I am going to burst into song now.)

    Heavy rain all day but seems to be settling down now.

    Grey damp start here too, now turned wet & windy. Not as extreme as other parts of the country though!

    In a word "yuk". The heavens opened even more heavily just as the children were walking home from the school bus. They looked so fed up. I suspect that the Christmas holidays can't come soon enough!
