Absolutely awful. Glad I put stuff out for the ground feeding birds,a few blackbirds and sparrows having a feast!

Cold and grey here. Have had bucketfuls of rain over the past few days. The mountains are looking good with some snow now. Haute-Garonne.

  • Heavy rain and wind for most of the day.  The men had earmarked today to hang the garden lights but had to cancel - they are hoping tomorrow will be dry so they can get out there to festoon the garden with lights.
  • Started dry but with freezing east wind, now it's very wet, supposed to be milder here than uther north but it does not feel like it!

It's now calm, cold and cloudy here, so glad the torrential and high winds have stopped. Had a horrendous journey back home on the M4 late yesterday afternoon, so glad to be home in one piece.
