Sorry wasnt the best of photos. hopefully the below will help! Flower bud has started to open, flowers look quite small.

Looks like Lysimachia vulgaris 'Garden Loosestrife',..a perennial.

The petals (and the leaves) do not look quite like those of
Lysimachia vulgaris
. It would help if the OP would post really clear, well-focused photos of that plant.

Thanks, been Googling and googling and couldn't find what it is, certainly looks like
Guizotia abyssinica or Niger plant. Thanks very much!
