    tomatoes they will need staking and watering but little else, though pruning can be done. I grow  the maremande type they have better flavour and crop heavy

    Once your chosen veg are planted you just need to keep them weeded, supported as necessary and fed and watered.    All of those jobs can be done in very little time and people have been managing veg plots and allotments whilst holding down full time jobs for decades.

    As you can see already your crops are fine so just take care when choosing varieties and providing protection from pests such as carrot fly, caterpillars, slugs and so on and it'll be fine and much healthier and tastier than shop stuff.
