ID please

Asking on behalf of a friend. These little chaps were out in the open on a driveway - since put back in the garden

. Are they mice? We thought the tails were too long for them to be voles.

We discounted shrew because of the nose, but truth is we have little idea... And yes, I know she should really have left them be in the first place.
