  Schizostylis, aka Kaffir Lily, rather early to be flowering. Also available in pink and white.

  What do the leaves look like? The flowers look like Hesperantha Coccinea Major.

  Hesperantha is just another name name for Schizostylis Borderline. Those look like Pulmonaria leaves that the Hesperantha is growing through.

  Many thanks everyone for quick responses! It is growing through pulmonaria. It has thin blades leaves. It’s for a friend I’m helping (she is as obsessed about plants as I am but has a knack of forgetting what she’s bought!)
