Plant / Flower Id pls

I sprinkled some wild flower seeds this year. One that came from it is bigger, hasn't flowered yet and I would like to know if it is a weed, invasive.

Next (below), small ground cover plant, white and purple flowers, I think is Alyssum (Lobularia Maritima) but not sure and I want to know if it's an Annual or Perennial. Searched the net but couldn't find a clear answer.

Top one is a Cosmos and you are correct with Alyssum

I agree with Perki on the Cosmos. Those Alyssums are annuals.
