can any of you guys tell me what tree this is? A friend of mine liked or and wants to look into getting one but just took photos and didn't ask what it was! Sorry for the question being in the middle of the photos but once i'd got them uploaded, I didn't want to take the chance of losing them! Thank you - I've told her, if anyone knows it's you guys!

Sambucus Eva ( used to be called Black Lace )

Sambucus for sure but I don't think that's dark leaved or finely cut enough for 'Black Lace'. Is it really called 'Eva' now?

You could well be right @nutcutlet, you usually are. Looking more closely at the leaves, you're spot on: not "cut" enough.
Yeah, Black Lace is now Eva.
