Is this bindweed?

Hello, I’ve just found this climber at the back of the border and don’t know if it’s bindweed or it’s a plant or weed that has snook in from the next door garden. Maybe I planted it years ago and it’s just decided to go for it. Can anyone ID please? 🤔

It can be a bit of a thug. Keep an eye on it and let it know you're the Boss.

It's a plant I can never see the point of. All straggle and twine and little flower power
