Holes in regal pelargonium leaves

I love pelargoniums and usually give them the conditions they need but why are they getting tiny holes in the leaves?

    Have a look for tiny green caterpillars.

    Yes ok. Will have a look.

    Yes. Found one! Will spray insecticide. Hope they stop eating my plants.

    Can’t you just pick them off and squash, far better than using poison on them.

    The bees are always popping into my greenhouse and love the pelargoniums, so if they do the same with yours the insecticide will kill them   :'(
