    No Freddy, you need to wait until they flower and the first set of tomatoes are actually on the plant.
    im not sure about all this feeding, I have fantastic cops of tomatoes,  I have fed them twice and watered quite rarely even though the weather has been very hot.

    i learnt that years ago from one of the top chefs who grew his own for his restaurant. He was interviewing a gardening assistant and he asked him about feeding tomatoes, the chef said he didn’t t want anyone who was forever feeding and watering as all you get is watery hard skinned tasteless tomatoes.

    If you're growing tomatoes/peppers/aubergines etc you shouldn't  feed until the first truss/fruit has set. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
