  • I thought it was a corgette I’d planted, but now looks like a squash? any help would be appreciated. Caroline x
  • Is this the first one? It looks like one of the round type of Courgette!

  • I'm sure I will be wrong, but the vining nature of it doesn't suggests a winter squash to me :-)
  • Sorry, that should have read "...it suggests a winter squash to me".
  • Thank you everyone x the picture shows the largest “squash/courgette/thing” there are a further two smaller but same round shape growing and more flowers. It’s definitely vine in nature.

I thought I had bought a yellow courgette from my garden centre but it turned out to be a squash too.

  • They are most likely courgette 'One Ball F1' a yellow variety round and perfect for stuffing.

  • purplerallim: that looks just like my Waltham butternut. They take some time to mature, so that little fruit better get a move on :-)

Thats what I was thinking @neilbradburn, took weeks to fruit they were all male flowers and as I was expecting courgettes will be lucky to get anything off these plants.
