Identify Please?

in Wildlife gardening
does anyone know what this is? I don't think it's a paper wasp or a flying red ant, it's lower body is too narrow and long.

    Hi I think its a parasitic wasp. They lay their eggs on prey and the pupae eat the host.

    Not a nice creature.......
