Plant for conservatory

Could you please advise me on plants which would be suitable for a south facing conservatory which is double glazed but cold but frost free in winter.
Any ideas would be great.

Thanks

I take it there can be shading and ventilation in the summer? Cacti and succulents are the obvious choices but even they don't like to be baked in the summer.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I have a lime tree. Depends on how much room you have. Whatever you put in there will need tlc as winter will need protection from cold, that's why mine is heated, and summer will want protection from sun/heat. My lime needs lots of spraying/watering in hot weather but still it suffered in this year's heat and lost 75% of its leaves and half it's fruit, but two weeks later it was covered in new growth.
  • Thanks. Is there any bigger plants you could recommend to go in a pot on the floor??
