Re-flowering wysteria

Having had the usual excellent flush of flowers earlier in the year, my wisteria continues to have many more flowers on it, and they're still coming.

In recent years we have had the odd one or two in a second burst but this year is exceptional.

I know we have had the most unusual weather this year, but any thoughts?

In our old Belgian garden we'd get a second flush, even in a bad summer.  Here, where it is generally warmer and sunnier they both flower sporadically and surprisingly well after the first main flush.    Definitely a welcome side effect to this year's hot UK summer.
