  @Valley Gardenerhave a look here, I’ve bought seeds from all of these companies and can vouch for them all.  mostly Seekay, Nuts n Cones and Premier Seeds, they’re all good.

  That's great Lyn! I'm hoping to do everything from seed and cuttings next year.I've saved various ones I'd like to see again.Won't be getting Cosmos Tetra pink again though,still waiting for them to flower,their stems at the ground are over an inch thick!So wonderful foliage,which has covered all my smaller perennials!! Already planning next year's layout! The trouble was....because we only moved here last October,with barely a plant in the garden,I plonked in all sorts,so now seeing the error of my ways!!😁 It will be better next year! Can't wait to get some bulbs in now!!

  I grow everything from seeds and cuttings, for my baskets, tubs and garden, sound like you ground is too rich for the cosmos, grown lots of green and no flowers,  it’s difficult with those as you need to compost your soil for perenials, I’m not growing them anymore either.
  You  could try the dwarf ones  in containers, the Sulphur colours do very well, and then don’t feed them.
