Will My Lilac Survive?

The roots of my relatively young lilac tree has become burnt from old undiluted miracle grow, I have washed off all the old soil flushed the roots and repotted it, there are appearances of some unburned roots is there likelihood of a miracle here and a recovery

Lilacs can be remarkably resilient !
Having washed and cleaned the roots , I would re-pot and stand in dappled shade , keeping it moist until recovery is obvious .
