Lawn weeds

My lawn is badly invested with weeds (mainly dandylions). Pulling them out by hand is not an option & I don’t want to use anything harmful to wildlife. Any suggestions would be very welcome

Embrace them, just keep cutting the lawn, oftentimes most 'green grass' is actually weeds!

Dandelions have deep tap roots and any teeny bit left behind will re-grow to make a new plant so you either need to dig them all out very thoroughly and then prepare the lawn for re-sowing in September or apply an autumn weed and feed following the instructions very carefully re quantities, watering and safety for critters or else embrace them as being at least green and just keep mowing.
